Good things to know:

Welcome to our quirky little family business nestled in the stunning state of Utah! We whip up planners that are as unique as you are—custom-made just for you, with a sprinkle of love and a dash of chaos. Each order gets our undivided attention because, let’s be honest, we love making pretty things.

 

So, having said all that, here are a few things to consider before ordering.

Production

  • You’ll get a tracking number via email when your shipping label is created soon after your order is placed.  This does not mean it's in the mail, it just means your label was created to begin the production process, so don't unleash your inner Sherlock quite yet. Once your order is ready to hit the road, it will be dropped off to the Post Office where they will scan it and enter it into the mail system.  Then you can begin your detective work and track that  baby's every movement.

  • Just a little heads-up: we do not keep inventory. We make your planner just for you as it is ordered. Our printing and production time can range from 5 to 14 business days—depending on order volume, time of year and equipment function! If you order mutliple items, add another 2-3 days on top for production.

​

  • Once it’s shipped, your planner should arrive  to you in 1 to 4 days for US orders and 5 to 14 days for our international gals. If that confirmation email seems to have gone rogue, be sure to check your spam folder, it might be lurking there completely lost and alone! If it’s still missing, just give us a holler via text and we can send you your tracking information.

Shipping & Address Issues

  • Be aware that shipping delays can be like that friend who always shows up fashionably late—totally unpredictable.  We know that all shipping carriers do experience shipping delays from time to time. We are not responsible for these delays and cannot guarantee shipping delivery times.​

  • ​Remember, the address on your PayPal or credit card is what shows up by default on your order, so make sure it’s not from your college dorm days and make sure that your address is entered correctly when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for any inaccuracies so please double-check that before you hit "submit."  

​

  • If a package goes rogue because of a mixed-up address, we can’t play the return game-those return fees are no joke! We cannot accomodate returned items or lost packages due to invalid / outdated address that were provided.

Refunds / Issues

  • We appreciate your understanding when it comes to our return policy— Because our products are so unique, we don’t  accept returns. But fear not! If your planner shows up looking like it just survived a great battle, it is assembled wrong or if you accidentally received someone else's treasure, just give us a shout within 7 days after you recieved it, and hopefully we’ll swoop in to save the day.

  • Note:  Variations can occur during the printing process. These variations do not affect the usability the planner and are not considered damaged.
